Please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your subscription renewal date. This gives us time to process your request before the next billing cycle begins.
Once we process your cancellation, you will immediately lose access to your server — even if your current month hasn't finished.
We do not delay cancellations to the end of your billing period. Please only cancel when you're ready to stop using the VPS.
